2018 All Stars

The Machine Pitch All Stars have been selected and you can find out more information here. The remaining All Star teams will be selected on May 31 and announced on June 1.

More Information about All-Star Divisions:

The All Star Season for Machine Pitch (League Age 6-8) is as follows:
- All Stars will be announced around May 13 and practice will begin around May 14.
- All Star Tournament date is June 11-15th.
- The tournament location is Northwest Leon Little League.
- Cost is $50: player will be provided a shirt and hat.
The All Star Season for Minors (League Age 8-10) is as follows:
- All Stars will be announced on June 1.
- All Star Tournament date is June 18th-22nd.
- The tournament location is Ft. Braden .
- If a team wins the District championship, Sectionals date is TBA, Sectionals location is TBA. More tournaments could follow if team wins at Sectionals.
- Cost is $65: player will be provided a shirt and hat.
The All Star Season for Intermediate (League Age 9-11) is as follows:
- All Stars will be announced on June 1.
- All Star Tournament date is June 18th-22nd.
- The tournament location is Ft. Braden.
- If a team wins the District championship, Sectionals date is TBA, Sectionals location is TBA. More tournaments could follow if team wins at Sectionals.
- Cost is $65: player will be provided a shirt and hat.

- All Stars will be announced on June 1.
- All Star Tournament date is June 25th-June 29th.
- The tournament location is Chaires.
- If a team wins the District championship, Sectionals date is TBA, Sectionals location is TBA. More tournaments could follow if team wins at Sectionals.
- Cost is $65: player will be provided a shirt and hat.
The All Star Season for Seniors (League Age 13-16) is as follows:
- All Stars will be announced on June 1.
- All Star Tournament date is TBA.
- The tournament location is TBA.
- If a team wins the District championship, Sectionals date is TBA, Sectionals location is TBA. More tournaments could follow if team wins at Sectionals.
- Cost is $65: player will be provided a shirt and hat.

How to submit your childs’ name for All-Star consideration:
If your child is at all interested in playing in the All-Stars, please submit the Intent form (see the link below) and the required paperwork. You must fill out everything in detail. If you are concerned about vacation or other plans interfering with All-Stars, go ahead and submit the paperwork, and the Board and/or All-Star managers will determine later if there is an insurmountable conflict.

2017 Opening Day

The Spring 2017 Opening Day is here! Congratulations to all our teams for a great preseason. Now it is time to have some fun. The day's events will kick off at 1:15 on Saturday, February 25. Individual and team photos and TeeBall and Machine Pitch games will be wrapped around our 3:30 opening ceremony. The main event includes a call out of teams onto the field, singing of the national anthem and a ceremonial first pitch. The concession stand will open at 1:30 and will be serving hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs. We have also added fresh popped popcorn to our menu this season.

We still have a couple slots availbale if you are able to volunteer at the concession stand. Just click this link to sign up.

Home/Away Team Game Responsibilities

Home team arrives early enough to do the following:

Do safety walk around field
First game of the day - turn on the score board
First game of the day - chalk field
First game of the day - get score box from concession stand and hook up into scorers table
Get 4 game balls from the concession stand (Majors/Minors Only)
Provide line up cards to umpire and visiting team (Majors/Minors Only)
Have official scorekeeper, keeping the official book and in the tower operating the scoreboard, in place ready to start game (Majors/Minors Only)

Visiting team must arrive early enough to do the following:

Come to concession stand and get pitch count records (Majors/Minors Only)
Provide line up cards to the umpire and home team (Majors/Minors Only)
Have official pitch counter in place ready to start game (Majors/Minors Only)

During game:

At beginning of each half inning Scorekeeper announces score and pitch counter announces pitch count for pitcher taking mound (Majors/Minors Only)
Pitch counter must notify umpire when pitcher reaches maximum pitches for the game/week (Majors/Minors Only)

After game:

Both the home and away managers must sign the pitch count form at the end of the game. The pitch count form must also have the final score recorded. By signing the pitch count
form, the managers are confirming the total pitches that night and required days rest for upcoming games.
Pitch count forms are filed with master log in the concession stand by the board member working that night (Majors/Minors Only)
Last game of the day - turn off score boards and bring score box to concession stand
